Milene offers a nurturing, client-centered space for children and adolescents (ages 5–15) to feel safe, supported, and free to express themselves. She believes that therapy should meet children where they are, using approaches that feel natural, engaging, and developmentally appropriate while helping them build confidence and emotional resilience.

Milene incorporates creative and evidence-based approaches including play therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. These methods allow children to process emotions, develop coping skills, and navigate challenges in a way that feels comfortable and accessible to them.

She is passionate about helping children work through behavioral challenges, emotional struggles, and life transitions while also supporting families in building stronger connections and understanding. Milene creates a warm, encouraging environment where each child feels seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
