I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, healing, and self-confidence. I work with children (10+), adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UTSA. I have experience utilizing therapeutic approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person Centered Therapy.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel heard and empowered. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique, and I tailor treatment to meet individual needs and goals!
