Cassandra offers a warm, supportive, and client-centered space for adolescents (15+) and adults to explore challenges, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful personal growth. She believes therapy is not about having everything figured out, but about creating a space where you can better understand yourself, feel supported, and build a path forward with confidence.

Cassandra has a particular passion for working with individuals navigating ADHD and autism, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to manage expectations, responsibilities, and internal struggles all at once, and she works alongside clients to help them feel more grounded, capable, and in control.

Her approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Cassandra integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and person-centered therapy, along with trauma-informed care. She focuses on helping clients recognize patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools that support daily life.
